Quality Check Procedures

A strict quality inspection process is a core part of our quality control system. Each of the inspection steps we develop is implemented effectively and efficiently.Advanced inspection processes, professional testing equipment and experienced QC engineers are the key to our customers receiving world class quality goods.

Appearance inspection:

All incoming goods are inspected for appearance and detailed inspection records are kept.


Manufacturer, parts number, quantity, date of production and environmental standards testing.


Packaging inspection, whether the packaging is intact and complete, and whether the packaging materials meet the requirements of the corresponding MSL standards.

Screen printing (Marking) inspection, consistency inspection, verification of original specifications.


Material appearance inspection, dust condition, whether the pin is deformed, whether the pin shows signs of oxidation.


Engineer re-inspection:

Materials found to be suspect during the appearance inspection are subject to engineer re-inspection.


Reviewing the appearance inspection process.


Checking of manufacturers' labels/markings, coded markings with reference to the quality control database.


Bar code scanning inspection.


Checking the factory lot number (Lot NO#), production date, wafer/package corresponding origin with the original manufacturer.


Quality testing:

Any parts that are not identified during the engineer's re-inspection process will enter the quality testing process.


Solderability testing.

D-CAP analysis.

Anatomical analysis.

Electrical properties conformance testing.
